I am an African American young lady. I am 14 years old. Also I am a freshman in high school. I am a nice girl and like to make friends. I enjoy spending time with my little brother and watching OSU football. I also live watching movies and going to the Library. In middle school I went on a field trip to Columbus State for a forensic program for a day. It was very educating. At the end I got to see a cadaver. It was an interesting experience. Another time I went to a weekend camp called OWJL (Ohio Wesylan Junior League.) While I was there I got to stay on the dorm and we solve a mini fictional murder. I had a nice time. I placed sixth in the District Science Fair. My project was on the effect of protease on the ability to spool DNA. I went to “Take Your Child to Work Day” and I got to work with my uncle. He is a mortician at a funeral home. I was able to see him embalm a body. I am currently participating in a program called the Columbus Ohio Police Explorers Program.
