Duty
Assignments
Wake-Up/ Evening Shift.
Give all the students a morning alarm call
and make sure they have everything that they need for the day. Also
make sure that everyone has had breakfast and gets to the bus stop on
time.
Helps with the evening activity, putting out
and returning any equipment. Make sure that the room where the evening
activity has taken place is tidy. Report to Professors about any
students who are not in their dorms by 9.15pm
Kitchen Patrol (KPs)
After breakfast, lunch and dinner make sure
that the canteen, kitchen area or site are clean. All dishes to be
returned to the kitchen, no food on the tables or floor and assist the
OSU canteen staff in anyway.
The Organizers (The Big Os)
To patrol the dorms, classrooms, kitchen and
dig site to make sure that everything runs smoothly. Tidy up any mess,
clean site, check that all the equipment is accounted for. Make sure
that the other teams are doing their duty for the day.
Wardens
There will be a dorm check by the Professors
everyday at 5.45pm. The wardens must do a pre-check to make sure
that all dorm rooms and bathrooms are clean before the Professors go
round.
Data Doyens
Write the daily journal for the website,
take photos on class camera. Pick 4 photos and put on flash drive with
written journal that will be given to Ms. Cheng to be uploaded to web.
