Welcome to PAST Foundation 2008 Underwater Field School.  Over the next two weeks, seven students from across America will embark on an adventure that will take them under the warm, blue seas of the Florida coast.

The first few days the students will catalog and document the unique and invaluable Trelawitz Collection, which encompasses photographs and associated literature of known shipwreck sites in the area over a twelve-year period. With the information, the students will create a searchable database which will provide a rare insight into documented site formation process.

After spending a few days indoors I’m pretty confident that the students will be waiting by the boat, fins on, Thursday morning as we set out to map the wreck site of the Menemon Sanford.

Our daily journal will be uploaded onto our website everyday, come join us on our adventure.
