Nick
I'm a third year at the Metro School, I like to be outdoors and indoors sometimes at the same time. Anyways; I am afraid of the water--- this is quite paradoxical because I love to scuba dive and kayak and swim and jet ski and swim, and jet ski some more, but only on the weekends because I do a lot of schoolwork on the not weekends.

Sarah
I’m a junior at the Metro High School. I play soccer, run track, and ride horses. I love to go tubing, water ski, and snow ski with my family. My favorite nail polish that I use when I’m sad is pink raspberry. My favorite sports team is… well, it's Gryffindor! I’d like to give a shout out to Harry P: Go Harry!!! Yo da best-ist. Defeat lord Vader. Don’t believe that stuff about him being your father.

Erica
I’m going to be entering my third year at metro high school. I love swimming, biking and ultimate Frisbee. I have recently, as in the first day of this project, discovered that I really enjoy snorkeling. Especially considering I now know how to breathe with the snorkel. I look forward to seeing lots of different fish on this trip.

Team 2: Shark Bait

Aposhia
I am a sophomore at Metro High School. My favorite subject is reading. I like to sing, hang out with friends and talk on the phone. I was interested in coming on this trip because I felt that it was a great opportunity and I like the marine biology involved.

Deidra
I am a junior at Metro High School. I love math and science. I spend my free time mostly outside and enjoy the warm summer weather.

Adam
I am not a junior at Gahanna Lincoln High School; Instead, I choose to partake in education at Metro High. I enjoy playing almost any sport, and love to do the extreme ones like skiing, rock climbing, white water rafting, and now snorkeling. In the next two years at Metro, I hope to delve deeper into the fields of marine biology and entomology in order to pursue a career in one.

Team 3: Mermaids

Zach
I am a third year student at Metro High School. I am a person who loves to travel and spend time near or on water. I am a soccer player and an active athlete. I am a person that is willing to work my hardest at a job. I can’t wait for the snorkeling and scuba diving to begin.

Guadalupe
I am a third year student at Metro High School. I love to volunteer my spare time and help those who need it most. My favorite color is pink. In my spare time I enjoy swimming and spending time with my friends. This is my first time snorkeling and I hope to enjoy it.

Keima
I am a second year student at Metro High School and I happen to be very anxious about having this opportunity to experience snorkeling for my very first time. I am the second oldest of 7 girls and 1 boy. I’m currently a member of not only a cheerleading squad but a dance squad as well. I’m a very spirited, positive, and creative person. I enjoy singing, dancing, reading, sleeping, and my all time favorite talking of course. I’m expecting to not only grow in my snorkeling skills but to gain more overall knowledge, to be exposed to new material, and improve my independency!
