Part of archaeological fieldwork is
maintaining detailed records of all the work done at a site. This is
important so that there's a record of any and all activities that might
affect what future archaeologists might find years later. Participants in
the 2001 Marshall/Firehole Hotel project all maintained their own journals,
in which they recorded their daily activities and experiences. A few of
