Anna Ralston

Ralston Consulting | President

For the past 16 years Ann has been a partner at Ralston Consulting, Inc. helping people and organizations create the results that matter to them. Prior to co-creating Ralston Consulting, Ann worked as an Organizational Development and Leadership Development Consultant in OhioHealth.

Ann holds a Masters of Arts, from Western Michigan University. Over her rich career she has attained myriad OD certifications including Barrett Values Assessment, The Leadership Circle assessments, Kepner Tregoe Project Management, Peter Block’s Six Conversations, and is a business Structural Consultant certified by Robert Fritz Inc.

Ann has a experience in a wide and varied list of industries over her professional life, including clients in both the US and Canada in engineering, health care, real estate, education, and multinational food and beverage. Additionally Ann has worked with many non-profit organizations.

Ann is deeply involved in her community, from having served as president for Dublin A.M. Rotary and their Foundation, to initiating and driving the not-for-profit Central Ohio Robotics Initiative, providing regional competitions that stimulate STEM enrollment and reduces the barrier to entry for Dean Kamen’s FIRST Robotics program in secondary schools across the region. What it really does is get students jazzed about science through relevant, hands-on learning challenges.

Since 2012, Ann has co-designed and co-produced Connecting4Community, an annual gathering of community-builders furthering the work of Peter Block, John McKnight and others in creating vital and caring communities. Attendees from around the world attend and take their experiences and learning back to strengthen their practice, and their impact.
