David has spent his career working in various technology leadership roles across a number of industries, including retail, telecom, education and publishing. Prior to joining W.W. Williams in 2015, he was Chief Information Officer at Highlights for Children, The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and Zane State College, along with multiple leadership positions at SBC Communications/AT&T.

In addition to traditional Information Technology, these diverse roles have given David the opportunity to lead children’s educational digital product development, distance learning strategy, online course design, as well as serve as adjunct faculty.

David completed his undergraduate degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems from Ohio University, with a minor in Business Administration and an area of concentration in Organizational Development. He has also completed graduate work in Business Administration at Roosevelt University and Marketing and Communications at Franklin University.

David is actively involved and has held leadership positions in several local, state and national technology related organizations, including governance and advisory boards for the Zane State College Information Technology Program, Fisher College of Business Center for Business Performance Management and Fisher Professional Services. He has been an invited speaker and published nationally on topics related to information technology strategy, planning and management. His passion lies in technology, specifically as it relates to children and education.

David is an Ohio native and, along with his wife Kirsten, and two young children, Noah and Ella, resides in New Albany, Ohio.
