Lisa Swartzwelder is Director of Shuttle Operations and Flight Administration for L Brands Service Company, co-leads the L Brands Aviation Crisis team, Aviation Internship program, and is a member of the DE&I Advisory Council at Bath & Body Works.

She holds an MBA, undergraduate degree in Aviation Human Factors and Private Pilot Certificate from The Ohio State University. In 2006, she completed her initial Care Team training, with WestJet Airlines and the Family Assistance Foundation, to become a global care team responder for FAF. Soon after, Lisa fortified L Brands!”crisis response with Human Service Response, the evolution of a global care teams.

Lisa also serves the nonprofit community as a former President of the Board for Columbus Humane, Board of Trustee for Leadership Columbus, ORBAA (Ohio Regional Business Aviation Assn), and currently Board of Trustee for the PAST Foundation and Advisory Board Member for the Family Assistance Education & Research Foundation. With ORBAA, she co-led the development of Girls Soar, creating pathways and design challenges in partnership with PAST Foundation for girls in underserved communities to promote careers in aviation. She currently partners with The Greatest Stories Never Told to inspire all students by bringing stories to life of underrepresented hero”s such as James Herman Banning.

More recently, Lisa is collaborating with HERA Aviation Group to support their transformational industry model for companies to recruit, empower, and celebrate underrepresented cohorts and primary care givers. And, in doing so, increase a greater value to shareholders, customers and the communities they serve.

Lisa and her wife Jaime are blessed with daughters Adelaide and Francesca.
