Students in Grades 5-8
Learn the design process, soldering, electronics, and programming while building a robot. Then use the knowledge to build and program a robot to solve a real problem. The weeklong program culminates in a demonstration of the working robots, open to the public. What will you teach it to do? Will your robot know to follow the light? React to touch? The possibilities end only with your imagination.
This one-week program runs from 9am to 12pm on July 8th – 12th and July 22nd – 26th or from 1pm – 4pm on June 17th-21st and is open to rising 5th-8th Graders, ages 10-14.
You will receive an email a week prior to the start of the program with information regarding location, paperwork, drop off and pick up time, along with the culminating program presentation information.
