Attention creative artists in the making! Want to create a lasting piece of artwork with a local area artist? Then join us for this full day week long summer bridge program and help create the next part of a community garden outside wall mural. Students will get to design and create the third part of the four-part mural. Students will learn about murals including history and techniques and finally a plan and execute their group masterpiece using design thinking.
This one-week program runs from 9am to 4pm on June 24th-28th and is open to rising 6th – 8th Graders, ages 11-14. Please note: Lunch will not be provided so please plan on packing lunch each day.
You will receive an email a week prior to the start of the program with information regarding location, paperwork, drop off and pick up time, along with the culminating program presentation information.
