In this program workshop, students will use design thinking to fuse art and robotics in an innovative approach to urban farming. Students will design, plan and create a vertical growing system using sustainable materials. In addition, students will also use arduino to explore and push the boundaries of agriculture technology.
This one-week program runs from 9am-4pm on June 28th – July 2nd and is open to rising 6th-9th Graders, ages 11-15. You will receive an email a week prior to the start of the program with information regarding location, paperwork, drop off and pick up time, along with the culminating program presentation information.
Please note: Lunch will not be provided so please plan on packing lunch each day.
