Are you interested in board games? Would you like the opportunity to expand your knowledge about how board games are made, why board games are fun, and even how to develop board games of your own? Table Top Gaming gives you the chance to act like a game developer and learn about ways that board games are designed to be fun. Together in this camp we will explore and play a variety of board games, learn about different game mechanics, and design games of our own. Through this experience we will understand how math can help us in making our board games not only fun, but fair. Join us this summer as we kick off this program and dive into the world of tabletop gaming.
This one-week program runs from 9am-12pm on June 17th-21st and 1pm-4pm on July 29th – August 2nd and is open to rising 5th-8th Graders, ages 10-14.
You will receive an email a week prior to the start of the program with information regarding location, paperwork, drop off and pick up time, along with the culminating program presentation information.
