Join us for two weeks of agriculture, robotics, coding and designing! Students will explore the science, engineering and technology of modern Urban Agriculture here on Earth and on Mars. During this two week morning and afternoon program students will be working at Mezzacello, a 21st century urban farm located in Columbus, to design and implement different systems on site. Students will engage in the following during the program:
This two week program will be run from June 14th – June 25th and July 12th – July 23rd and takes place from 9:00AM – 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. The program is being held outdoors at Mezzacello, an urban farm and garden, so students will need to be dropped off at and picked up from this location each day.
Mezzacello is located at 33 North 20th Street, Columbus, OH 43203.
Please note: Lunch will not be provided so please plan on packing lunch each day.
You will receive an email a week prior to the start of the program with information regarding location, paperwork, drop off and pick up time, along with the culminating program presentation information. Please fill out the student forms located here for participation in this program.
