About this Program
Embark on a creative journey like never before with "Minecraft Masterpieces: Art & Design in Minecraft," a summer experience for young artists and designers to shape their imaginations within the pixelated landscapes of Minecraft. Participants will dive into the intersection of art and technology as they craft stunning masterpieces and architectural wonders in a virtual canvas. Program Highlights: 1. Artistic Adventures: Immerse participants in the artistic possibilities of Minecraft, exploring how pixelated blocks can be transformed into stunning works of art. Participants will learn the fundamentals of digital artistry and discover the unique artistic medium that Minecraft provides. 2. Architectural Exploration: Participants will unleash their architectural prowess by designing and constructing impressive structures within the Minecraft world. 3. Creative Challenges: Engage in creative challenges that push the boundaries of their artistic and design abilities. From crafting immersive environments to designing functional spaces, participants will embark on hands-on projects that showcase their creative flair. 4. Team Collaboration: Foster teamwork and collaboration by working on collaborative projects with fellow Minecraft enthusiasts. Participants will learn to combine individual strengths, share ideas, and bring collective creations to life in the virtual realm. 5. Virtual Gallery Showcase: The experience will conclude with a Virtual Gallery Showcase where participants proudly display their Minecraft Masterpieces. Participants will share their artistic journey with friends and family as they walk you through the digital gallery of their creative achievements. You will receive an email a week prior to the start of the program with information regarding location, paperwork, drop off and pick up time, along with the culminating program presentation information. Cancellation Policy
Minimum Registration Requirement: If registration for a program offering is less than the minimum number (10), the program will not be offered at that time. Registration cancellations and requests for refunds must be made via phone call or email. PAST must cancellation requests no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the event/program. After the above deadline, no refunds of any type, including no-shows, are given. Any fees associated with a credit card payment will be assessed before submitting a refund. Requests may be e-mailed to purchasing@pastfoundation.org or mailed to 1003 Kinnear Road, Columbus, OH, and must include the following information: - Registrant's name and email address - Event/program name and date(s) Extraordinary Circumstance: Exception to the rules above — Refunds may be granted if a registrant is unable to attend the event/program due to a family death, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, please contact PAST by email with the specifics of the situation. A review shall be conducted by PAST management. Decision on whether approval was granted shall be emailed to the requestor. PAST reserves the right to modify this Cancellation/Refund Policy at its discretion.
