Gustav is the Product Owner for Customer Identity & Authentication at Chase helping its 60 million

U.S. households and 4 million small business customers achieve their financial objectives by providing simple and secure account access and management solutions.

Gustav has been with Chase since 2012 joining as the Head of Operations Strategy before taking on numerous Executive roles in Operations focusing on Fraud and Disputes management for both the Retail and Credit Card businesses.

Gustav is originally from South Africa, and lived in New York and Seattle before settling in Dublin, OH with his wife, daughter, golden Lab, and American Shorthair. They enjoy traveling to far-flung destinations, working on home projects, and staying active with golfing, tennis, and gymnastics.
