Local Partners Join Forces to Bring STEM Summer Programs to Students
(Columbus Ohio) — PAST Innovation Lab and Time Warner Cable’s Connect A Million Minds™ initiative join forces to develop new and innovative summer programs for middle school students in Columbus. The Innovation Lab programs blend experiential learning with STEM creating engaging programs. Art in STEM, MineCraft Math, and EdHeads STEM Careers are three of the PAST Bridge summer offerings supported in part through Connect A Million Minds™.
Each Bridge program will be a week-long day camp hosted at the new PAST Innovation Lab. Each camp runs half day (8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.), Monday through Friday, and has slots for 20 kids. Fridays host special presentations of learning inviting family and friends to come and see what the kids have learned and created across the week.
