PAST Receives Sponsorship from Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation and Computer Aided Technology COLUMBUS, OH – The PAST Foundation headquartered in Columbus, Ohio recently received a sponsorship from Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation and Computer Aided Technology (CATI). This sponsorship includes software, curriculum and certifications that will greatly benefit students interested in pursuing careers as future technology leaders.
The network license package will support up to 60 students and instructors and include software and licenses, certification exams and access to MySolidWorks with over 1,000 Product Tutorial Videos and that 631 lessons as well as technical support provided through the local reseller (CATI). This new partnership will be put to use immediately and be integrated into the Additive Manufacturing Summer Institute (AMSI) June of 2019 as well as other PAST student programs and summer institutes.
“We are thrilled to join forces with Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation to provide students with current technology tied to real world experiences that helps prepare them for their futures. Plans are underway to utilize these tools in other PAST created student programs as well,” said Andy Bruening, Director of Bridge Programs at PAST.
