About this Program

Step into the virtual realm with "Girls Who Lead: Boss Mode - Girls' Gaming Adventure," an exhilarating summer experience designed to empower girls in the world of eSports. Dive into the exciting world of competitive gaming, where participants will not only refine their gaming skills but also foster teamwork, strategic thinking, and leadership in a supportive and inclusive environment. Program Highlights: 1. Game Exploration: Dive into the world of eSports by playing a range of different games. Whether it's strategy-based games or multiplayer challenges, participants will hone their gaming skills. 2. Career Exploration: Explore the vast array of careers within the eSports industry. Participants will engage with industry professionals, learn about different roles, and gain insights into the diverse opportunities available—from gaming and streaming to event management and beyond. 3. Strategic Gameplay: Sharpen your strategic thinking and gameplay strategies. Participants will learn about the nuances of game strategy, team coordination, and effective decision-making, enhancing their gaming prowess. 4. Leadership in eSports: Empower girls to take on leadership roles in the gaming realm. From team management to event coordination, participants will learn how to leverage their skills and lead both on and off the virtual battlefield. 5. Friendships and Fun: Forge lasting friendships with like-minded peers who share your passion for gaming. Enjoy a fun and supportive environment that encourages collaboration, sportsmanship, and personal growth. 6. Project Showcase: The experience will conclude with a showcase of achievements through demonstrations of newfound skills and innovations to family and friends. You will receive an email a week prior to the start of the program with information regarding location, paperwork, drop off and pick up time, along with the culminating program presentation information. Cancellation Policy

Minimum Registration Requirement: If registration for a program offering is less than the minimum number (10), the program will not be offered at that time. Registration cancellations and requests for refunds must be made via phone call or email. PAST must cancellation requests no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the event/program. After the above deadline, no refunds of any type, including no-shows, are given. Any fees associated with a credit card payment will be assessed before submitting a refund. Requests may be e-mailed to purchasing@pastfoundation.org or mailed to 1003 Kinnear Road, Columbus, OH, and must include the following information: - Registrant's name and email address - Event/program name and date(s) Extraordinary Circumstance: Exception to the rules above — Refunds may be granted if a registrant is unable to attend the event/program due to a family death, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, please contact PAST by email with the specifics of the situation. A review shall be conducted by PAST management. Decision on whether approval was granted shall be emailed to the requestor. PAST reserves the right to modify this Cancellation/Refund Policy at its discretion.
