About this Program

Become a change-maker at "Girls Who Lead: Seeds of Change - Exploring Agriculture from the Ground Up," an enriching experience designed to inspire young girls to embrace leadership and innovation in the world of agriculture. This transformative experience will provide a nurturing environment for growth, exploration, and hands-on learning. Program Highlights: 1. Hands-On Experiences: Delve into the world of agriculture with hands-on experiences. Participants will engage in planting, harvesting, and cultivating crops, gaining a deep understanding of the agricultural process. 2. Sustainable Practices: Explore sustainable farming practices and their impact on the environment. Participants will learn about eco-friendly techniques, composting, and the importance of responsible agriculture in building a greener future. 3. Innovation in Agriculture: Encourage creativity and innovation in agriculture. Participants will explore modern farming technologies, agri-tech solutions, and cutting-edge practices that contribute to the advancement of sustainable and efficient farming. 4. Community Farming Project: Collaborate on a community farming project. Participants will work together to plan, execute, and present their own agricultural initiative, fostering a sense of community involvement and social responsibility.tering public speaking skills and celebrating the achievements of women in STEM. You will receive an email a week prior to the start of the program with information regarding location, paperwork, drop off and pick up time, along with the culminating program presentation information. Cancellation Policy

Minimum Registration Requirement: If registration for a program offering is less than the minimum number (10), the program will not be offered at that time. Registration cancellations and requests for refunds must be made via phone call or email. PAST must cancellation requests no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the event/program. After the above deadline, no refunds of any type, including no-shows, are given. Any fees associated with a credit card payment will be assessed before submitting a refund. Requests may be e-mailed to purchasing@pastfoundation.org or mailed to 1003 Kinnear Road, Columbus, OH, and must include the following information: - Registrant's name and email address - Event/program name and date(s) Extraordinary Circumstance: Exception to the rules above — Refunds may be granted if a registrant is unable to attend the event/program due to a family death, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, please contact PAST by email with the specifics of the situation. A review shall be conducted by PAST management. Decision on whether approval was granted shall be emailed to the requestor. PAST reserves the right to modify this Cancellation/Refund Policy at its discretion.
